Diet Bet-final week

Well as you know I have been Dieting with some local Philly bloggers.  We took the DietBet to loose 4% of our body weight in 4 weeks.  All of us have the opportunity to win and everyone is doing awesome!!  Dietbet's website is very user friendly, we can encourage each other, touch base, weigh in, share secrets etc.  Knowing you have a weigh in at the end and that your friends are supporting you really helps to hold you accountable.

10 days to go and my body is in a plateau - I was really watching what I ate, snacking on only fruits and veggies and even seeing a trainer once a week.  Then my husband and I went to Jamaica for 5 days.  I tried to eat ok but the lack of exercise and the Pina Coladas were my downfall.

Lighter Buffalo Chicken Dip
  • 4 oz reduced fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup fat free sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Franks hot sauce (or whatever hot sauce you like)
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 cups (14 oz  raw) cooked shredded chicken

Directions:

Mix the first 5 ingredients together until smooth. Add the chicken and put this in the crock pot on low for 3-4 hours. Serve warm.
